The Monterey County AIDS Project (MCAP) board member who says the board is trying to remove him from his position in retaliation for blowing the whistle on MCAP misappropriation of funds stalled his ouster Monday night when he refused to leave a closed executive session of the board's meeting. In that closed session, the board was reportedly going to vote whether or not to retain George Norlock, who has AIDS, in his voluntary position on the MCAP board.
