A letter from the Friends of Farr Campaign Committee urging Sam Farr supporters to write local newspapers "questioning the merits" of Republican Jess Brown's congressional candidacy has brought charges by Brown campaign manager Greg Adams the Farr has embarked on a negative campaign filled with "distortions and inaccuracies."
