The Monterey Bay Aquarium celebrates its Outer Bay and turns to what's next.

The Monterey Bay Aquarium debuts its new Outer Bay wing March 2 amidst a national media blitz and a PR fanfare heralding the wing as "one of the largest habitats on Earth" built to house "stunning displays and future exhibits of deep sea creatures."
