Concerns by North County farmers over the qualifications of the Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency (MRWPCA) to operate the Castroville Seawater Intrusion Project may have been put to rest with a plan to create a grower liaison position within the Monterey County Water Resources Agency (MCWRA).
