Rosellen Sanna cried and cried and cried after finding out her husband was taking a job in Gilroy. The Sanna family lived in Wisconsin in one of the nation's top-10 public school districts, and Rosellen dreaded putting her daughters back into the less-than-highly performing California public school system.
