New agreement paves the way for Hartnell students to transfer to CSUMB.

Bridging a gap filled with differing curricula and lots of paperwork, California State University Monterey Bay and Hartnell College have created a 17-point "memorandum of understanding" that will guarantee Hartnell students admission to CSUMB and enable them to complete their undergraduate educations entirely in Monterey County.
