Squid Fry

When It Rains It Pours

The Squid was ready to point an accusing tentacle or two at DRO officials...

As it turns out, Del Ray Oaks officials have been cast adrift by CalTrans, which according to DRO City Manager Steve Endsley is responsible for solving the problem and has seemingly ignored the city's gurgling pleas for help for several years...

According to CalTrans Design Engineer Gary Sims, CalTrans hasn't abandoned Del Ray Oaks.
