Saddam Hussein--Back to Iraq?

Almost six years ago, Saddam attacked Kuwait, and the United States attacked him so we wouldn''t have to carpool to work. But it didn''t quite work out that way. Saddam isn''t playing nice and we''re back to square one again. So what are we going to do this time?

Do you think we should attack Iraq? I have mixed emotions. I think he''ll break his promises but I don''t know if we have enough support around the world to attack.

What are America''s interests in Iraq? A huge oil reserve and a little ego on the part of whoever our current leaders are.

Is Saddam as big a threat as the US says he is? I don''t think he''s a threat to us, but to other countries around Iraq.

What role does America have in policing world affairs? It has a primary role because of economic and military predominance but it shouldn''t act like a bully.

If we attack, what do you hope it will accomplish? I hope it gets rid of chemical weapons but I don''t want to see innocent people killed.
