Q: What did you know about Monterey before you came here? Is it what you though it would be?

A: I thought that this was the place with all the surfers and the Baywatch girls running around in bikinis. I was wrong -this is my first time in California.
THE HEAT IS ON: Oh, the weather is lousy here and overrated. I have heard other tourists claiming that this is the best climate, but I have to disagree. I like it hot!

A: We''re touring, this is just a coffee stop. This is a beautiful place, just as beautiful as where we come from. The two are very similar; we live by the sea as well.
WARM SPELL? Fantastic. The hotter the better. Our summers don''t tend to be this hot.

A: I didn''t know much about Monterey at all. It knew that it had a pretty coastline and I knew that Pacific Grove was nice; that is why we came here.
YOU LIKE IT? I love it. In Riverside it is very hot, over 100 degrees. This is nice.
