A: I think it was an information error, a lack of communication
between government agencies like the CIA and FBI.
Theorist: No, but I have my own ideas about that.

A: There wasn’t much we could do to prevent the attacks. I think
this is a learning experience for the government and now we are doing
the right things to prevent terrorism.
