…And Your Little Dog Too!: Asked at the MIIS International Business Center in Monterey

Q: Have we in the United States become a “sue-happy” nation?
Follow-up: What corporation deserves to have its pants sued off?

Adam Wooten

A: Definitely. It’s great that some measures are being put in place to prevent people from abusing the legal system. It’s also sad because there are also many innocents out there that have valid reasons for lawsuits.
Work In Progress: The ones that need to be sued already are being sued.

Kristian Salvesen

A: It’s so easy to sue that you have to protect everything against lawsuits. There’s too much bureaucracy and disclaimers.
Guilty Pleasures: McDonalds.

Hussa Blake

A: Yes. We run the fine line between being capitalists and being exploitive.
So Many: I just don’t know.
