Free Disposal Vouchers | COUNTYWIDE—The County’s Environmental Health Department has a new program to haul away dumped trash in Monterey County. Call about free disposal vouchers for groups willing to pickup illegally dumped items from their property or along county roads. Vouchers are valid at: Monterey Regional Waste Management District, 14201 Del Monte Blvd.; Crazy Horse Canyon Landfill, 350 Crazy Horse Canyon Rd., Salinas; Sun Street Transfer Station, 139 Sun St., Salinas; Johnson Canyon Landfill, 31400 Johnson Canyon Rd., Gonzales.
