Q: WHAT’S THE MOST EXOTIC FOOD YOU’VE EVER EATEN?
Follow-up: What’s your favorite recipe to cook at home?
CASEY JONES | Customer Service | Monterey
A: I ate turkey heart one time at Thanksgiving. It tasted just like chicken.
Comfort Food: Baked macaroni and cheese. I absolutely love that stuff.
TOWAN | Student | Salinas
A: Escargot. I step on snails a lot during the winter time. Then I think about how that’s the same stuff that ends up on my plate.
Well-Rounded: I make pan-sautéed Top Ramen. Everyone’s afraid of it until they try it, then of course everyone really likes it.
BECKY PENNINGTON | Store Clerk | Hollister
A: Swordfish, I guess. I don’t eat much exotic food. I usually eat at McDonald’s.
On the Go: I don’t have much time to cook, but I make grilled cheese sandwiches a lot. I’m really not that good at cooking anyways.
