Q: HOW HAVE THINGS CHANGED DUE TO THE NEW CONSTRUCTION?
Follow-up: What do you anticipate happening upon its completion?
DAVE TROMBETTA | PR and Sales Manager for Bubba Gump | Pacific Grove
A: Nothing has really changed. It’s an inconvenience to have the construction next door, but in the long run it’s worth it.
Constant Progression: It’s great to bring a good new piece to the row. It’ll really take us to the next level.
JARED BALLARD | Cashier at Satchmo’s | Monterey
A: It’s been really slow. People can’t park here anymore. It’s pretty noisy at times when the jackhammer is going.
Anybody Home?: More business, more people. That’s what we’re being told. I’m looking forward to that. There’s just nobody around anymore.
CHRIS PERRY | Server at Bullwhacker’s | Seaside
A: The construction hasn’t really affected us. The construction is in front of other places, so it hasn’t hurt us as much.
Financial Security: It would bring in a lot more people because of the hotel. And more money—I’m excited I can pay my bills.
