BILLY SALES JR.| Lumberyard assistant foreman | Seaside
A: I’ve noticed many people with water problems, costing them a lot of money. Flushing out your sewage pipes is like going to the dentist, it needs to happen every few months.
Mr. Clean: The only thing I’m doing this summer is cleaning. I need to do that overall house cleaning so I can keep my positive mental attitude.
PATTY TOLLEY | Sales | Seaside
A: I’ve been around construction for 30 years, so you would be amazed what I see in a day. I can’t think of just one tip except to ask the right questions about your home improvement needs.
Dry Humor: I’m not doing any big jobs myself. The only thing I have to do is install my dryer.
WAYNE BUBBENMOYER | Retired | Seaside
A: When approaching any home improvement job, just patching things up won’t work. You have to replace the whole section of a fence and start over instead of just trying to fix one piece.
Handy Man: After I get done doing things for other people I am going to redo my deck. Every two years a deck should be re-stained and scrubbed to get off excess pollen that collects on the surface.
