What Law Would You Break If There Were No Consequences?

Follow-up: What law out there now is totally ridiculous?

A: I would steal some money, but only like a couple thousand. I would also steal a newer BMW M3 convertible, black with a black leather interior.

Car Trouble: Jaywalking is pretty silly. Some of the driving laws are bad too, like being pulled over for driving too slow.

A: Grand theft auto, so I could get a Mercedes Benz – although my dad is a police officer, so I would still be pretty law-abiding. I would probably still get in trouble.

Drink Tank: The drinking age is silly. No one follows it. Also, the law that if you get your license before turning 18, you have to drive one year without anyone in the car.

JONATHAN SPITLER | Student | Salinas

A: I have too much of a conscience to do anything major, so probably speeding – all the time. Either that or a bank robbery, but unarmed, because I don’t want scare too many people.

Speed Racer: The 55mph speed limit is stupid. Something better would be 75 or 80mph on the freeway.
