With his laid-back delivery, comedian Nigel Lawrence seemingly aspires to be just one of the guys. But the Los Angeles resident definitely seeks to be that one of the guys that categorically cracks you up.
Lawrence is known for riffing about a wide range of subjects onstage, from questioning why our country’s customs officers work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture to wondering why drunk men like to point out lesbian couples to one another.
He even jokes about going out to eat in less populated regions of the country. “You guys ever have sushi in a small town?” he asks. “It comes with gravy. It’s just delicious. A side of ranch too if you want.”
