Follow-up: If you could own any real estate, where would it be?
JESUS AGUILAR | Maintenance | Marina
A: Try to get another job. Go back to school to learn another skill. Talk to the government to help solve the mortgage crisis.
Home Boy: Marina.
C.J. PULLIAM | Retail Manager| Carmel
A: I would rent out a room or a garage and maybe take a second job. Or I would rent the house and move to a smaller place.
Locally Mobile: Carmel Highlands or Big Sur.
J.D. JOHNSON | Unemployed | Carmel
A: Go to the mortgage bank and negotiate with them; I think they would be willing to make a deal. The homeowner has some leverage, the bank doesn’t want another bad loan.
California Dreamin’: Northern California, flat and sunny.
