Follow-up: What was your most doomed-to-fail New Year’s resolution?
PATRICK REED | Customer Service at Spanish Bay Golf Course | Monterey
A: To try and send something overseas that could benefit the soldiers. Anything. I have close family ties with everything over there and I know they are in need of things.
Fitting: Working out. I always say I’m going to but it never lasts more than a few months.
SANDRA MADAGER | Army Private | Monterey
A: I would want people to think about the questions they ask before they annoy you. I don’t like stupid people. I don’t like it when people ask questions they already know the answer to.
Superficial Señorita: To stop dating guys based on how they look.
ANTRON “KAGE” WILLIAMS | Student | Salinas
A: To recycle. At Monterey Peninsula College the recycling bin is right next to the trash bin, but so many people put stuff in the trash instead. I think people should take the time to recycle.
Smart Slacker: To buckle down and start attending class and do homework. I still get As, but I don’t do my homework.
