Follow-up: What is the worst investment you have ever made?
JOSEPH FELICE | Studio Musician | San BenitoA: A 1984 Flea video I bought in 1999. It had Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers on drum teaching you how to play slap base and other licks with the drum. I even saw it on DVD years later and bought it again. It was really inspirational.
Mad Mistake: Invested in Cisco. Period.
SUSANNE SILVA | Student | Seaside
A: Lotions at the Bath and Body Works in the outlets – because of the discounts.
Magazine Manipulator: $63.00 on magazine subscriptions. It was one of those things where he said it only cost $3.99 per magazine for a whole year… but he didn’t tell me I was signing up for four years.
MIGEL VELASQUEC | General Manager | Seaside
A: Buying a gift for my Mom. It was the first $20 that I ever earned or spent. I bought her flowers for her birthday.
Flawed Foundation: Too many! I wanted to build a fence around my house, but the first crew I hired did it wrong and I had to hire a second crew just to demolish it and start over.
