California Sea Kings play their first home game of the season.

It was a rainy Sunday evening in Salinas, but inside Hartnell College's gym, semi-pro basketball heated up the floor.

The California Sea Kings, a team in the American Basketball Association (A.B.A.), played their first home game and their third game of the season.

The visiting San Francisco Rumble handed the Sea Kings their third loss of the season, beating the home team 109-91.
