Follow-up: What is one exotic dish everyone should try?
BROOK EMANUEL | Golf Staff | Pacific GroveA: Name recognition from the restaurant staff. I wanna feel welcomed and wanted as a customer. I like the Mom and Pop joints where you walk in and smell the kitchen and you know you’re about to eat some good food.
Nothing Fishy: Seared ahi at Roy’s. Or Casanova’s wine list.
NATALIA SILVA |Sticks Server | MontereyA: It’s important that servers anticipate the guests’ needs and are knowledgeable of the menu. Also, a fun or relaxing environment is great.
Chance It: I would always recommend people to try something new or scary on the menu because you never know, it could be great.
BRYCE LEBOWSKI | Golf Staff | MontereyA: Well, good food and good service – first off. When you walk in you are greeted by the host or hostess and never asked to wait long. You get your drink orders immediately and then your dinner, which should be hot food.
Pale Comparison: White sea bass. The best fish you can eat.
