URBAN VILLAGE EIR | SEASIDE—The draft environmental impact report for the West Broadway Urban Village, a 40-acre redevelopment plan for downtown Seaside, is available for review and comment. The plan features a mix of multi-family residential, commercial, office and park uses. Copies available at the Seaside Library, City Hall, and online at www.broadwayurbanvillage.org.
