A dance tribute for the Queen of Cannery Row keeps her spirit alive.

Shaking hips, colorful scarves and long-time friends came together to pay tribute to Kalisa Moore, the "Queen of Cannery Row" on Sunday evening at the Paperwing Theatre in Monterey.

"Kalisa was always bringing people together," said Katie Williams, a long-time friend and bellydancer. "She would have loved this."
