A: They should be more thankful for having any type of job. Even if it’s just two days a week.

Baby Steps: I just relax, take a walk and try and burn off some of my food.

All or Nothing: I go on a fast. I drink some spring water or some juice. Then I fold up into a lotus pose and meditate.
