Follow-up: Some say laughter is the best medicine. What do you think is great medicine? Jill Renoni Unemployed | Seaside

A: Clean sheets on my bed, I wash them twice a week. And just like Dorothy says, there is no place like home.

The Joker: I agree – and a good joke once in awhile. We should laugh a whole lot more.

Rev. John Corbin Minister | Seaside

A: Taking vinegar to lose weight. I use it as a cocktail twice a day. A glass of water mixed with two teaspoons of vinegar.

Good Book: Meditation, quiet time with the Lord. Psalm 27:1, “The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear?”

Wendy Howe Priest | Pacific Grove

A: For a sore throat, we would make a hot toddy – whiskey, honey, and boiling water. It also helps you sleep.

Head Game: A good book – – anything that gets you thinking outside of yourself. Exercise, taking a walk outside, helps too.
