Friday, March 5, 2010
After a five-year absence, Magic Circle Theatre is set to reappear on the local theater scene with a season that kicks off next week with David Mamet's November, as reported by the Weekly, appropriately, last November. The company, headed by founder Elsa Con, has moved back into the 60-seat Carmel Valley theater space it previously occupied for four years, where they staged groundbreaking works like Agnes of God, Wit and the Peninsula premier of The Laramie Project. Their return season will include Dead Man's Cell Phone, Proof and Nobody's Perfect.
