The Monterey Police Department has called on the District Attorney's office to prosecute 18-year old Aaron Corn of Pacific Grove, the driver who crashed into a tree, injuring himself and four other PG High School seniors in late February.
The MPD's toxicology tests show Corn was legally drunk, and police are recommending charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence causing injury.
