By a vote of 219 to 212, Congress approved the healthcare reform bill in a dramatic late Sunday night turn of events, capping a 13-month fight. Democrats in the House of Representatives overcame skeptics to pass the sweeping bill, marking the biggest changes in the program in decades. Obama praised the passage in a press conference in the East Room of the White House, saying "This is what change looks like," but he cautioned that there is more work to come.
