Two developers vie for Cypress Knolls project.

Santa Ana-based Coastal Rim Properties and local team Peninsula Housing Partners submitted development proposals for Marina's Cypress Knolls site, a city official confirmed today. The deadline for proposals was Friday.
Jennifer Coile, project manager for Cypress Knolls, declined to release further details until the city issues a press release.
Coastal Rim Properties has developed more than 4,300 homes, including in Gilroy, southern California and Hawaii, according to its website. Peninsula Housing Partners is made up of members including Rana Creek, Granite Construction and Tynan Land.
