Follow-up: What extinct animal would you want to eat for dinner?
SAYRE FLANNAGAN |Biologist | Big SurA: Wine, cheese, beer and salad at the top of Separation Ridge. That’s my favorite picnic spot.
Big Plate: Wooly mammoth. Well done with a tusk on the side.
ROB VARNEY | Handyman | Big Sur
A: Safeway sandwich and a strawberry-orange flavor Italian Soda at 13 Stones.
Cold Bird: I’d be interested in trying brontosaurus. Actually, a pterodactyl. And I’d like it rare. I figure it’d be tough having it medium well or well done.
COTROY GATES | Citizen of Earth | Big Sur
A: Go down to River Inn, grab a burrito platter and take it down to Pfeiffer Beach because the energy is pleasant over there.
Breakfast Sides: I’d like to have a tyrannosaurus egg and fry it. I’d like to make it scrambled, too.
