OPEN SPACE GRANTS | PENINSULA – The Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District will award $75,000 in grants to community groups or local agencies to improve neighborhood parks, protect open space resources or preserve coastal areas. TOUR FORT ORD | MARINA – As part of the Army’s community outreach program for the cleanup of the former Fort Ord, free tours are available by appointment.
