If you could create a sculpture of anything, what would you create?

Follow-up: What would you write on Scribble Hill in Seaside?

Joann Burns | Retired | Seaside

A: I would sculpt a bust of my mother out of marble because my mother was a beautiful person… she started a foundation and helped a lot of people. Those that mold us mold the future.

Hubby Hello: On the side of Scribble Hill, I would write: I heart Frank. He is my husband of 49 years.

Omar Olivares | Cart Engineer | Salinas

A: I would sculpt the planet Earth out of recyclables, like bottles and cans, because it’s smart to recycle and a good way to take care of the planet.

Wake Up Call: I’d put “Get off your phone, and pay attention!”

Chanel Espinosa | Student |
Clovis

A: I would sculpt Justin Beiber out of clay.

Home Run: On Scribble Hill I would write, “I Love Monterey.”
