Street Talk 09.22.11 (asked @ Northridge Mall.)

What is your best high school memory?

Follow-up: What do you most want to forget?

TINA BU | Stylist | Salinas

A: I played soccer all the time with people from around the neighborhood, friends and people from school. We started a game anywhere we could.

Glee Club: There’s no memories I would want to forget. There was no drama.

JAMES LOMAS | Illustrator | Salinas

A: I was one of the first freshmen at my school to make it to a major cross country meet.

Take Note: Someone put a letter in my locker. I told all my friends about it. They all already knew because they left it.

AARON MARTINEZ | Entrepreneur | Hollister

A: We had one dodgeball player who threw heat for the baseball team. He nailed a kid going for a lay-up on the [nearby] basketball court. He didn’t land softly.

Crash Test: We were receiving a punt and I was blocking. When I wasn’t looking I got nailed. I was on my back for a few plays.
