- The Coin Shoppe / Plaza of Antiques and Collectibles in the Holman building; and The Monterey Antique and Gift Center / Coin and Treasure Shoppe on Alvarado Street in Monterey
- Executor of the Lillian King Estate, which holds five residential Pacific Grove properties
- HMBY owns San Vicente Ranch in Soledad, including 400 acres of row crop land and 150 acres of vineyards
- HMBY also owns Moss Landing Commercial Park on Highway 1 at Dolan Road, which Agha bought out of bankruptcy for $7.5 million
- It also owns 5 acres across from the business park, on the west side of Highway 1 by Moss Landing harbor
