Wesley Adams | Disc Jockey | Seaside
A: Little things. Food. To look in the fridge and choose. Some people don’t have that.
Golden Rule: I was walking into Chipotle. There was a guy about my age, in his 20s, that looked like he was homeless. He told me he was hungry. I bought him a burrito.
Doree Hyland | Realtor | Seaside
A: My health, in general. I’m lucky to have good health. There are so many people that have far more serious problems.
Revelation: When my father died, it made me realize that life was short. We don’t get out of here alive.
Chris Darken | Associate Professor | Carmel Valley
A: The good community here on the Peninsula. The people are nice. The nature is nice. [So is] the economic infrastructure. And it’s not crowded.
Hard Times: The whole financial situation makes you think about what you have. And hopefully you appreciate it.
