Follow-up: What hobby would you make your career if you could?
AARON DICKERSON | Tennis Coach | Monterey
A: Little things from the places I’ve been, such as grass from Indiana, sand from Maryland, sawdust from Washington D.C., tennis ball fuzz from classes I’ve taught.
Sinking In: I would live on a boat, scuba dive, and hunt for buried treasure.
LAURA MERINO |Linguist | Monterey
A: I would include a braid of my hair, because hair symbolizes strength to me. I would also include a café where people can share and talk and bond.
Go With the Flow: Sailing. I love the sea; it gives me peace of mind.
ARTHUR SHERMAN | Healer | Seaside
A: As many good vibrations and positive thoughts toward humanity as possible. Also, pointers to remind me how my friends and family helped me get to where I am today.
Far Out: Space travel, so I could see a perspective only a few have seen.
