What would you put on your own giant
cut-out? Shenel Ozisik

Street Talk 09.22.11 (asked @ Toro Place Cafe in Salinas.)

What would you put on your own giant cut-out?

Follow-up: Where would you put it?

LISA GONZALES | Waitress | Salinas

A: A ’67 Camaro. It’s my favorite car.

Keepin’ It Classic: I’d put it off 101, right by the mall exit to remind everyone about old cars. No one drives them anymore! I’d love to see more people driving classic cars.

SARAH BARLOW | Caregiver | Salinas

A: It’d say something like, “Have tax dollars support education.” California schools are really suffering; many don’t even have enough money for computers.

Visibility is Key: The right hand side of Star Market. It would get a lot of attention.

VEARL GISH | Retired | Salinas

A: I’d put a spread of vegetables and the amount they’re worth, which is over $4 million. People should understand what this area is about. Salinas is very important.

River Side: Highway 68 before the river. It’s a nice spot. People commute there a lot.
