What’s the craziest chapter in your book of life? Meka Boyle

Street Talk 01.26.12 (asked @ Book Haven in Monterey.)

What’s the craziest chapter in your book of life?

Follow-up: What’s the title of your story? Who plays you in the movie?

OLIVIA COUNTRYMAN | Letter carrier | Salinas

A: Meeting the Dalai Lama was mind-blowing. I felt enlightened listening to him talk, like someone turned on the switch.

On the Hunt: The Search. Emma Stone, she’s brilliant and has a great sense of humor.

ASHLEY BABCOCK | Student | San Francisco

A: My childhood. Twice a year I would move back and forth between Rhode Island and Florida. In the long run it helped me adapt to new situations; as a child it was difficult.

Bright Idea: Sunshine. Probably Drew Barrymore. She has a relatable personality.

CRAIG ZANETTA | Stone Mason | Monterey

A: The chapter where I figured out that God exists. I got really sick and couldn’t work, so I researched my family’s history. Reflecting helped me interpret the history of the Bible.

Follow up: A Mess. Tom Hanks. I would pick someone that reminds me of myself.
