Drinking a Bloody Mary made by one of the River Inn bartenders is as much about the tasty beverage as it is about getting it poured in a cup to take out to the Big Sur River. Just on the other side of the patio, the waterway rushes and in the summertime, people pull up in chairs in the middle of the river. So after a night of carousing and then waking up on a friend’s couch, in your car, or in one of River Inn’s roadside rooms, this Bloody Mary is a great start to recapping what happened between lights out and sun-up. If you want it spicy, ask for the chili pepper-infused vodka.
