Nestled snugly in the Casa Munras Hotel, Esteban boasts a happy hour that has only one appropriate way of ending: happy. Based on Mediterranean fare, their tapas menu provides small bites at reasonable prices: Pulpo Confit ($9.50), Spanish Sausage ($12), or Crab Cake ($16) to name a few. From 5-7pm everyday, and all day Sunday, several tapas (marked on the menu) and all pintxos (smaller tapas plates, $2-$3) are priced at half off. Paired with sangria and the sleek fire-pitted patio, it’s officially la hora feliz.
