Every night at 1833, there’s a transition when the crowd gets smaller and the conversation gets louder. The music shifts, the absinthe flows and the camaraderie is palpable. With the dinner crowd out of the way, 1833’s mixologists can indulge their talents to new heights. Slink into a corner for a private conversation, choose a large table to circle your friends, join the communal table in the bar, or bask in the moonlight and firelight on the outdoor patio. The bar and lounge are open until 1am Friday and Saturday and until 11pm the rest of the week. No ball caps or beanies allowed—bring a sophisticated version of yourself.
