Baja Cantina is so solid, so consistent, yet it continually finds ways to improve. It always feels like the comfortable party you look forward to because if there are any snobs present, no one will take the slightest interest in them. Baja’s classics don’t change much, but there are always new mixes like pomegranate juice and new tequilas to discover. Tequilaphiles can go wild, with more than 130 kinds of tequila, as well as house recipes and fresh fruit mixes.
