CHOMP doesn’t look like an average hospital; the expansive main campus is full of natural light and was designed to be a healing environment. So when you work at a place where the entire mission is make people feel better than they did the day before, it can happen with the staff too, which is good since CHOMP is one of the county’s five biggest employers. How’s the food? Excellent. But that’s just part of the buffet of nurturing benefits that keep the ones who keep us healthy rather happy themselves.
