Burgers and sandwiches are what they do best. Whether you’re taking them out via the nifty drive-through or eating al fresco out front, the grub is down-home good. Have a hankerin’ for pork? The squealing pig is a bacon-infused beef patty topped with strips of crispy bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions with special sauce nestled between two sesame-seed buns, and the chorizo con queso and chori-burger also get two oinks up. Herbivores can get in on the action as well. The vegetarian portobello burger with baby portobello mushrooms, spinach, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, onions and tomatoes is a great choice even if you normally seek meat. But the burgers are just the beginning. For a meaty sandwich inspired by the south, try the Argentinian tri-tip with chimichurri, cheese and tomato done pannini-style, or for a flavorful bit of bird, the mozzarella chicken pesto.
