Cheap and delicious is the most time-tested recipe there is, and Noodle Bar combines the two with skill. Six dollar pho? Five dollar barbecue spring rolls? A better value for great food is hard to find anywhere, which is probably why locals have been packing the bar in Seaside from the get-go, and with the recent expansion into Marina (the location actually has tables) becoming an instant hit, the verdict is clear—Noodle Bar attracts a crowd, then sends them home happy, satisfied, and already planning their next visit.
