A: Forgetting to take my birth control one time and that resulting in my son. He was my unexpected blessing.

People Person: My passion. With age I have discovered my passion is for human beings, human rights.

A: Which aircraft I picked in the Air Force. I wanted to fly helicopters but I got eliminated so I had to fly jets which led to me being chosen for a Ph.D. program.

A: Going to CSU Monterey Bay. I was supposed to go to community college with this guy from back home but he broke my heart. CSUMB has led to some amazing opportunities for me.
