Q: What’s the most new-age thing about you? Bobby Messenger

Street Talk 10.04.12 (asked @ Cherry Bean Coffeehouse in Salinas.)

What’s the most new-age thing about you?

Follow-up: What’s the best and/or worst hippy invention?

KOLLIN CRANE | Medicinal Deliveries | Salinas

A: I’m all about free expression. Do what you want, dress the way you want. Don’t wear bras, they suck.

Funkadelic Facebook: The best thing they ever did was pioneer social networking. The worst was patchouli.

CHRISTINA ROMERO | Mom | Salinas

A: I practice attachment parenting. It’s the way it used to be done, but then it changed, so I guess that still counts.

Tie-Dye Torture: The worst is tie-dye, in my opinion. Headbands are definitely the best.

ADAM WULF | Barista | Salinas

A: I have a Buddhist approach to what I do. But when I’m at work, I try to be in the moment and do what’s best for me, not necessarily what’s best for other people.

Green Is Good: Their best invention is green technology.
