When Post No Bills opened its doors in Sand City a few years back, the number of beer varieties for sale in the city suddenly approached its number of residents. And as PNB is a rare hybrid of retail store and tavern, one can enjoy the likes of a Snowshoe Grizzly Brown, or perhaps a Uinta Kölsch, without breaking the bank. Bring your own food—they don’t serve any, but welcome takeout—so you can stay long enough to enjoy 1 percent of their selection.
