Follow-up: How do you feel about nuclear energy?
KIRBY DUNAWAY |Boat Wright | Monterey
A: Well that’s kind of a f***ed up question because I live on a boat and I don’t have power so I would just carry on as usual. It would be another day in paradise.
Alternative for Awful: It sucks and there are a lot of better alternatives.
DAVID HINES | Retired | Pacific Grove
A: I would barbecue, turn on oil lamps and eat dried and canned goods. I would play board games, read books by candle light, tell stories and go on walks.
Energy Drink: I’m against it as long as they have no safe way to dispose of [waste].
MARILYN ROCKEY | Principal | Aptos
A: I would spend more quality time with my family and friends because I would be less distracted by everything power gives us.
Power Boost: It has positives and negatives but when it’s used in a monitored fashion for energy purposes, it’s excellent, but storage is an issue.
